security. CredKey does not sell consumer data. Any information shared is

• Licensed backend partners to complete program enrollment;
• Vendors providing secure CRM, hosting, or credit‐pull technology;
• Regulators or auditors, when required by law; and
• Affiliate partners for verification and reporting purposes.
All vendors are contractually obligated to uphold equivalent GLBA‐level
safeguards.
Data Security
CredKey enforces advanced technical and organizational measures,
including multi‐factor authentication, TLS 1.2+ encryption for data in
transit, AES‐256 encryption for data at rest, strict user access control, IP
whitelisting, and regular compliance reviews. These measures align with
our internal Written Information Security Program (WISP).
Data Retention
Records, consents, and related documentation are securely retained for a
minimum of five (5) years within our authorized systems. When no longer
required, data is permanently deleted or destroyed in accordance with
NIST 800‐88 standards.
